  • How long have you operated as a business? What experience do you have?

    We have been a formed Indiana Company since Noember of 2016. We have operated out of Richmond IN & Cincinnati OH since 2020. For nearly a decade, we have been assisting consumers and businesses across the eastern Indiana & Western OH areas. We come with over 60 years of combined experience across a multitude of industries & it shows on our jobsites.

  • Do you offer warranties on your work? What if I hire you and another contractor to complete the project?

    Yes! We gladly stand behind our work, and to prove it we offer standard and premium warranties on all of work. Concrete & Retaining wall projects come standard with 5-year (60) month limited warranties. Excavation work comes with 1-year (12) month limited warranties. Repairs, patches and replacements come with a 60-day warranty. Ask for more details on the initial site visit! Once a project has reached completion, we send out the warranty paperwork with the receipts for paid invoices. 

  • When can I expect to hear from you on my initial call & expect to receive my quote?

    We always strive for outstanding customer service. We stay busy year-round. As such, you can expect us to be onsite for the quote within 24 hours of your initial call. We typically have your quote ready on the same day as the site visit. Some larger projects will require 2-4 business days to accurately quote your project.

  • I don't want to hassle with a lenghty process, can you quote my project over the phone?

    We often do not quote projects over the phone. Due to site needs, existing problems or concerns, access, utilities & more, we approach the whole area rather than just the project you are needing done. We often run into smaller problems during our initial walk that we otherwise wouldn't know about. Some smaller scale projects may allow us to give you a quote directly over the phone. 

  • What is your typical project scale?

    We gladly work with all clients from small residential repairs to commercial improvements. Our typical project range falls between $1,000 - $55,000. We have the resources and equipment to handle projects up to $300,000. 

  • How soon will my project start?

    Our schedule changes frequently during the year dependent on signed work, weather delays, project size and material purchases. During your initial phone call & intial site visit, we will gladly let you know how our schedule is looking. We often times can work smaller projects into our already booked schedule. For best results and the quickest turn around, we reccommend signing on no later than february. Signing on by this date will allow us to either immediately start your project or finish your project by march-april. 

  • My quote seems high? It needs to be broken down more.

    We are as transparent as possible, we don't have the need to hide costs or build costs into your estimate. All of our estimates come standard with line itemized costs. You'll see all of the upfront costs & hidden costs most contractors don't show you. Items like hauling, disposal, fuel fees, equipment use and attachement use are all shown on our estimates. We do not eliminate costs or descrease costs if you have a better quote elsewhere. All we ask is that you double check our fellow competitors are giving you everything we are!

  • What Insurances do you carry?

    We come perfectly backed by the following insurances for peace of mind.

     

    General Liability $2,000,0000  -  Umbrella Liability $5,000,000.00  -  Auto Liability $1,000,000.00  -  Builders Risk  -  Workers Compensation  -  Surety Bonds when required. 

  • I don't know what utilities I have or where they are located.

    Nearly all of our projects approach near interior & exterior utilities such as Gas, Sewer & Storm,  Water, Electrical, Cable & Fiber. Indiana & Ohio law is built to protect us and you as the consumer. All exterior projects require utilities to be located by the service provider(s). We handle calling in all locate tickets for public utilities leading from the street up until the point of which is your responsibility.  Atleast 4 working days prior to the start of the project, we will call out for utilities to be marked. Within 48 hours, all utility companies should have their locate marks on the ground. 24 hours prior to project start, we will come out to verify all utilities have been marked. If we see a discrepency, we will hault the project until further action is taken. Some utilities located on the property fall under your owned equipement, in which case a private locate may be needed. These locates are not free and we do not perform them ourselves. We have a list of accredited contractors for utility locates privately owned.
